Rates and Information - Lake Placid, Fl. on Lake Francis

Weekly rent $700 per week. Refundable security deposit  for weekly rent is $350.00, check is due 7 to 10 after you  make your reservation.(Deposit refunded 7 to 10 days after your departure) Complete payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. To receive full refund you must cancel by mail or e-mail 30 days prior to you reservation start date.

Montly rate is 1700.00. Non refundable $850.00 security deposit  check  is due within 7 to 10 days of making reservation.( Deposit is sent back 7 to 10 days after your departure)

Weekends rate is $450.00 for Friday and Saturday night. Check in noon Friday and check out 4pm Sunday.

Holiday Weekends $700.00 / Sebring Race Week $800.00

Nightly Rate is $150.00 Monday thru Thursday.

Includes first $100.00 in electricity. Anything over $100.00 is paid  renter.
