Rates and Information - Franklin, NC

$450.00 weekly rate includes cleaning fee.
$150 refundable deposit  check due within 7 days of reservation. (Security     
deposit will be refunded 7 to 10 days after departure)
To receive a full refund (minus $10.00 handling fee) you must cancel 
by mail or e-mail 30 days prior to reservation start date.
Complete payment of $450 should be received 30 days prior to arrival
Check in time Saturdays after 3PM
Check out time Saturdays before 10AM

Montly rent $1400.00. Non refundable $700.00 security deposit  check due within 7 to 10 days after making reservation.(Security deposit sent back wihtin 7 to 10 days after departure.
